External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha is going to Colombo tomorrow on a two-day bilateral visit to attend a meeting of Indo-Sri Lankan Joint Commission. Sinha will also hold discussions with Sri Lankan Government leaders on the LTTE peace process.
Sinha would review the progress of works under the $100 million line of credit given by India and is expected to reach an understanding on the release of the second tranche of $30 million.
