CHANDIGARH, July 23: Sector 17 went without power supply for at least five hours today due to a technical fault in the 33 KV sub-station, adversely affecting the functioning of the government as well as private establishments. The problem started at 12.30 pm and continued till 5.30 p.m bringing normal life to a grinding halt.
