CHENNAI, Jan 4: Two tenth standard students from Velacherry were drowned when they went for a swim in Beasant Nagar beach recently. It is said that the boys – Rangarajan (12) and Saravanan (15) – has gone to Ashtalakshmi temple in Beasant Nagar on the New Years Day. After worshipping in the temple, they had gone to the sea for a swim when a huge wave swept them to the sea. The bidies are yet to be recovered.
