CHENNAI, July 13: A gurukulam established by the Dayananda-B D Goenka Seva Trust to impart special education, clinical support and vocational training to mentally-disabled children was inaugurated by Swami Dayananda Saraswathi at Maduvankarai near Sriperumbudur on Monday.
The gurukulam is meant exclusively for mentally-disabled boys who can be corrected by behaviour modification techniques.
