New Delhi, September 16: The men’s 4x100m relay squad passed the muster. It will now be boarding the flight to Sydney on Sunday night along with the rest of the track and field athletes, the last of the Indian contingent to leave the Indian shores.

Asked about the likely dope test on throwers Shakti Singh and Neelam J Singh at Sydney, Bhanot dismissed it as nothing sort of a kite-flier from scribes covering the Games. “Their performance at Sydney will speak. I don’t have anything to say on this at the moment. Anyway, we are not unduly worried about the tests. Neelam and Shakti underwent the tests at Jakarta after their medal-winning performances and both had come out clean,” he said.
