Rahul Gandhi to visit Punjab

General Secretary of All India Congress Committee (AICC) Rahul Gandhi will begin his three-day visit to the state from September 22. This was stated by president Youth Congress Ashok Tanwar here today, while talking to mediapersons.

Tanwar said Rahul Gandhi will address a youth rally in Bhatinda on September 23, a Scheduled Caste Convention in Jalandhar, and a convention for girls in Gurdaspur.

Rahul will start his visit from Mohali. He will visit Ropar, Fatehgarh Sahib, Patiala, Sangrur and Mansa districts on the first day. On the second day, he will address a youth rally at Bathinda in the morning, before visiting the Muktsar, Faridkot, Ferozepur, Tarn Taran, Amritsar and Gurdaspur districts,
