A youth was on Friday arrested near the Indo-Pak border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir,police said.
59 battalion of BSF observed some movement near border outpost Nanga and launched a search operation in the area. The youth identified as Jatinder Kumar was arrested near the zero line on the International Border in Samba sector,they said.
