Wedding fervour seems to be gripping the British royalty with Buckingham Palace announcing the engagement of the Queen Elizabeth’s eldest grand daughter Zara Phillips to her long time boyfriend,Mike Tindall.
The new palace announcement comes weeks after the announcement of the engagement of Prince William,third in line of succession to the British throne to Kate Middleton.
Twenty-nine year-old Zara Phillips,is the daughter of Princess Annie and her former husband Captain Mark Phillips.
The palace said Phillips who is 12th in line to the throne had accepted a proposal from Rugby player Tindall. The princess has a successful career as an equestrian.
