CHANDIGARH, Sept 30: The State Bank of India organised a “Poets’ Meet” today, the concluding day of their month-long Hindi-promotion events. The programme was attended by Vijay Sehgal, editor, Dainik Tribune, and R K Masand, GM (Commercial Banking).
The bank organised various contests in order to promote the “rashtra bhasha” like essay-writing, quiz, translation inter alia in Hindi. Masand gave away prizes to the winners. The Poets’ Meet saw the poets in the mind of the bankers emerge.
