PUNE, Aug 18: The Poona District Football Association League 1999-2000 will commence at the Ammunition Factory, Khadki, ground on August 20. PDFA has cleared the suspension cast over referees who had faced chastisement, with immediate effect. The said referees have unconditionally decided to officiate under the PDFA Referee sub-committee, which is in turn governed by the Executive Committee of the PDFA.
