PUNE, Nov 16: A division bench of the Bombay High Court today gave seven days to the State Government for taking action into the allegations of irregularities during the tenure of PCNTDA chairman Agasti Kanitkar.

State Advocate General C J Sawant told the division bench comprising Justice M B Shah and Justice Radhakrishnan that Minister of State for Urban Developmnent Ravindra Mane had already passed an order in the case pertaining to Kanitkar. The case papers had been forwarded to the office of the Chief Minister for final confirmation of the order. The case will come up for hearing next Monday.
