ISLAMABAD, FEBRUARY 8: Pakistan’s military ruler Gen Pervez Musharraf on Tuesday categorically said that it was "not correct" to say that the CTBT would be signed prior to the visit of US President Bill Clinton to South Asia and Pakistan was not in a hurry or under pressure to sign it. The CTBT would be signed only after a national consensus on the issue was evolved, Musharraf said.
