NOV 2: The customs commissioner, Chhatrapati Shivaji International airport, has said that enquiries about pending courier mail can be made with the air customs superintendent of the courier cell, on Tel: 8201674 on any working day between 1100 hours to 1300 hours.
The enquirer should give the name, address and number of the consignee, name of the courier company who issued the airway bill of entry, and the airway bill number with the date and city/country of origin.
The reply to the enquiry will be provided on the next working day on the same telephone number, a press note signed by Yuvraj Gupta, commissioner, airport, said.
