The Supreme Court has rejected the bail plea of Ateef Nasir Mulla, a key accused in the 2003 blast in a local train at Mulund station in Mumbai. The court held that there was no indefeasible right of the accused in cases relating to terrorist activities that he should be granted bail at the expiry of 90 days from the incident, if the probing agency failed to file a chargesheet. — PTI
