About-to-pop-it tycoon Prem Chopra hits upon six unlikely candidates to be the ‘waaris’ of his 1,000 crores : ‘amir baap ka bigda hua beta’ Govinda, earnest ad copy writer Aftab, sick-of-being-a-soap-queen Hansika, wannabe super model Upen, I-want-to-make-clothes-for-the-common-man designer Celina, and bankrupt Manoj.

Ganesh Acharya, who last made a lachrymose movie about sons and fathers, breaks out with what he thinks is a comedy. So we get, among other things, a paunchy Govinda romancing baby-faced Hansika, whose only aim is to escape the clutches of an Ekta Kapoor lookalike TV honcho in order to become a Bollywood Item Girl. An unfortunate Manoj Bajpai who doesn’t know whether he’s coming or going. And a man-grabber in the shape of Archana Puran Singh who reduces the hunky Upen to a slobbering husk — I am a man, he blubbers, not a machine.
