CHANDIGARH, Oct 20: The residents of Modern Housing Complex today reportedly caught a resident of district Patiala red-handed while he was attempting to enter a house in the morning. He was later handed over to the police.
The accused, identified as Balwinder Singh, is suffering from mental ailment. Claiming investigating were on, sources added that the accused was yet to be arrested. Meanwhile, resentment over the alleged inaction on part of the police prevailed among the residents. Irritated residents called up to say that none of the officials were present at the police station. The police, when contacted, denied the allegation of inaction.
