TIRUNELVELI, July 8: `Merry boating’ facilities are to be introduced at the Mela Vannamada tank at Courtallam. Four 4-seaters and an equal number of 2-seaters will be deployed initially, and more boats will be brought in from other centres when the tourist season picks up.
