VADODARA, Sept 29: The Indian Red Cross Society’s district branch will organise a one-day seminar on “Blood donation: problems and their solutions”, at the Bhailal Amin IMA Hall, here on October 1.
Briefing news persons on Tuesday, society secretary Arvind K Vaishnav and vice president Dahyabhai T Contractor said experts from different faculties of the health will participate in the seminar. The speakers will include Jyoti Mukerjee, Divyesh Mehta, R Z Patel, Kanta Patel, Satish Pandya Vijya Shah, Lt Com G C Shrivastava and P M Trivedi, the function will be inaugurated by former minister Thakorebhai V Patel and D N Shah, dean Baroda Medical College would be special guest, they added.
They said that the seminar was being held to mark the National Blood Donation Day.
