CHANDIGARH, July 26: Shops and commercial establishments in Yamunanagar, Rohtak, Jhajjar, Rewari, Faridabad and Fatehabad districts in Haryana will remain closed on July 28 next, instead of July 26, due to gram panchayat by-elections in these districts.
Stating this here today, a Labour and Employment Department release said that shops and commercial establishments in Kaithal, Bhiwani, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Hisar and Panchkula districts, where by-elections will be held on August 10, would remain closed on the polling day instead of on August 9.
