MUMBAI, SEPT 14: Actor-turned-parliamentarian Vinod Khanna is reportedly ready to co-star with Mohan Agashe in the Film and Television Institute of India’s (FTII) endless drama.

According to sources, the star has agreed to take over as the chairman of the governing council of the institute, and the decision would be announced soon. The ministry has reportedly cleared the proposal. Khanna would be replacing the high-profile theatre and screen personality Girish Karnad, who is away on a plum assignment to London.
