JOHANNESBURG, JANUARY 21: Jeev Milkha Singh rallied with a hat-trick of birdies to finish with two-under 70 on the opening day of the $ 1 South African Open golf tournament. The 28-year-old Indian, one over at the turn, pulled back three strokes in the return journey to be tied for the 26th position with 11 others.
