NEW DELHI, August 13: It’s a privilege to be on Delhi roads,” Transport Minister Rajendra Gupta claimed at a panel discussion on `Delhi Roads — The Deadly Killer’, organised by the Association of the Victims of Uphaar Tragedy on Thursday. “The next step after the phase out of all 15-year-old commercial vehicles will be to allow only those vehicles which are on `green fuel’,” he said. Initiating the discussion, former union minister Vasant Sathe said: “The BJP is only bothered about safety of its government.”
