PUNE, Oct 11: Lt Gen M S Shergil, AVSM, Vr C, Director General of Mechanised Forces, Army Headquarters presented certificates to the students at the valedictory function for the tank technology course Srl 28 held at the Institute of Armament Technology (IAT).

In his address, Lt Gen Shergil said that the new battle field would be full of deadlier weapons with advanced technologies and advised the passing out students to gainfully employ the lessons learnt at IAT at ground level in their respective units.

He further urged the students that they should share the knowledge gained by them when they returned to their units with the troops there as this would help to enhance their combat potential.
