Even now they have talented cricketers. I understand the wickets have become a bit slow. But my aim would be to stick to the basics.”
Pointing out that Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara have always been his favourite cricketers, Sreesanth said: “West Indies have more left handed batsmen including Lara, and keeping this in mind I have been spending a lot of time at the MRF Pace Foundation bowling to left-handed batsmen now. I hope I can rise to the occasion.”
