Tell us about your daily diet.
I start my day with a glass of warm water. Breakfast is usually light–some fruit and a glass of milk. Lunch is whatever is cooked at home—dal, sabzi, roti. In the evening, I eat a brown bread toast along with juice. For dinner, I usually go out with my family or friends. If it is at home, it’s the same as lunch.
What’s your exercise routine?
I go to the gym whenever I can. I do both cardio and weight training.
Is there anything you binge on?
I sometimes binge on junk food, but not much.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
I don’t have a favourite. I like all kinds of food.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I would alter my diet accordingly. I would also change my workout regime.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I don’t follow a fixed diet. It keeps changing.
What’s your idea of health?
To be happy and fit.
