Tell us about your daily diet.
I drink lots of water when I wake up. My breakfast is black coffee and poha or oatmeal. Lunch is simple. I have soup and daliya. I have an early dinner at around six o’clock in the evening. I have fruits and salad for dinner.
What is your exercise routine?
I follow a strict exercise regime. I workout for an hour and half everyday. I also do an hour of yoga at home.
Is there anything you binge on?
I binge on junk food, all of it!
What’s your favourite cuisine?
Mughlai.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
If I have to lose weight I hit the gym with rigourous workout sessions. If I have to gain weight, I eat food high on carbohydrates.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I haven’t really failed to stick to my diet.
What is your idea of health?
I believe in eating healthy and adding exercise to one’s routine.
