DIET: I LOVE my breakfast, which generally consists of cheese, eggs and bread. I eat everything and generally pick up a quick lunch, like a sandwich from Subway. I like to cook dinner when I’m eating at home—but nothing oily or spicy. I love mixing different vegetables together—even in a non-vegetarian dish, so it’s healthy. My favourite cuisine is Italian, Lebanese and Persian.

EXERCISE: MY day starts out with a hundred crunches. I try and work out everyday at a friend’s gym. I also get a lot of exercise during my dance rehearsals. In the gym, I do aerobics and cardio exercises on the treadmill or cycle. I also do light weights with lots of repetitions. I love both my gym routine as well as my rehearsals, and I hate missing out on either of them.
