The Delhi high court on Monday adjourned till July 10 a public interest litigation filed against VSNL’s decision to invest Rs 1,200 crore in Tata Teleservices. The matter will now come up before a regular bench after the vacation.
The petitioner, R.K. Maheshwari, submitted the petition with an amended prayer seeking setting aside of the agreements between the Union government and Tata by which Tata became a major shareholder of VSNL.
