MADURAI, Jan 22: In a swift operation ED officials raided the residences of two businessmen indulging in large-scale money transactions under the instructions of a Singapore national. A team of ED officials raided the houses of Manickam and Khaja Mohideen in Melur on January 7. The latter in a statement confessed that he had received and made pauments totalling to Rs 8 lakh as per the instructions of one Ismail of Singapore.
