Cyclist injured
An unidentified cyclist was seriously injured in a hit-and-run incident near the Durga Nursery on the Chandigarh-Panchkula highway. He has been admitted to the PGI, while the vehicle is yet to be identified by the police. Investigations are underway and the police is yet to register a case.
Man booked
The police have booked a Sector 44 resident, Pritam Singh on charges of trespass on the complaint of M.S. Gill, a resident of the same sector. A case under Section 451 of the IPC has been registered.
Car stolen
S.A.S. Nagar Phase-III resident Hoshiar Singh has reported that his Maruti car (CH-01-J-0060) has been stolen fromSector 17 parking lot. Police have registered a case under Section 379 of the IPC and are investigating.
0Accident
A tractor trolley reportedly collided with a Maruti car at the crossing of Phase 7 and Phase IIIB2 in Mohali today. No one was injured in the accident.
