Three injured in mishaps
A scooterist, Chander Prakash, was injured and admitted to the GMC Hospital in Sector 32 after he was reportedly hit by a tractor bearing a Punjab registration number near Hallomajra. The police have identified the tractor driver as Nachhater Singh of Rampura Phool village in Bathinda.

A case has been registered. Meanwhile, in a collision between two scooters, Balwant Singh was injured and admitted to a private hospital. A case has been registered. In another case, an unidentified pedestrian was reportedlyhit by a car bearing a Punjab registration number on the road dividing Sectors 14 and 15. While the car driver sped away, a case has been registered, police said.

Building material stolen
Gurinder Singh, a resident of Mani Majra, complained to the police that building material was stolen from his residence. The police have begun investigations after registering a case, official sources said.

Car stolen from Sector 29 market
Sanjay Kumar, a resident of New Delhi, reported to the police that his car (No DL4CC 1465), was stolen from the Sector 29 market. A case has been registered.

40 pouches of liquor recovered
Jagdish Chander, a resident of Dadu Majra Colony, and Jagan Nath Patel of Khuda Lahora, were arrested in two separate cases and 40 pouches of country made liquor and one crate of IMFL reportedly recovered from them. Separate cases have been registered, police said.
