CHENNAI, March 11: An accused in an income-tax case whose cellular phone rang inside the court during the proceedings was asked to pay a fine of Rs 100 for disturbing the proceedings. The cellphone user said he had forgotten to switch off the phone and pleaded to be foregiven.
