Two persons, including a girl, sustained injuries when a crude bomb exploded inside a cinema hall at Chikkadpally late on Sunday night. The blast occured in the balcony of Odean Cinema after the interval of the night show of a Telugu film, police said. Furniture in the theatre was damaged.
Senior police officers rushed to the spot along with the bomb squad. The injured were rushed to Gandhi hospital and the theatre vacated for a search.
