CHANDIGARH, MARCH 25: The Janata Dal, Communist Party of India and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) have jointly criticised the BJP-SAD alliance in Chandigarh for having failed to address to the problems of the local citizens.
A statement here today said for want of direction, the alliance was unable to counter the fee hike in schools, and lack of civic amenities.
