The much-awaited biopsy report of Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan has reconfirmed what a surgeon from Lilavati Hospital had told The Indian Express on Thursday—the actor does not have cancer. The report was ready on Saturday morning, hospital sources said.
Bachchan, who was admitted to Lilavati Hospital on Monday night, underwent surgery on Wednesday evening for a perforation in the small intestine. The actor is still not out of ICU and is likely to remain there till Monday, said sources. He is doing fine, they added.
