Tell us about your daily diet.
I don’t follow a particular diet since I love food. I try to avoid fried food and stick to tandoor and grilled items. I love rice and have brown rice with curry for lunch and dinner. I try to eat in moderation.
What’s your exercise routine?
I do a mix of aerobics, yoga, swimming and working out at the gym. At the moment I find yoga very helpful and also very relaxing. Open air refreshes me so sometimes I go for a walk in a park.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
I love Parsi food. I also like Indian, Italian and Thai
Is there anything you binge on?
I binge on anything with cheese.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
If I had to lose weight I’d eat a light dinner. To put on weight I’d just stop exercising.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Every time I’m traveling.
