NEW DELHI, Nov 5: Delhi Excise department officials seized 110 bottles of whiskey, meant for sale in Rajasthan only, from inside a Maruti Esteem in the Samaipur Badli area on Wednesday. The officials intercepted the car following a tip-off and arrested the occupants Rakesh Kumar and Surinder Kumar, both residents of Rohini.
