The Diwali celebrations have kickstarted in B-Town, and last night, Manish Malhotra hosted a star-studded bash in Mumbai that was the talk of the town. Among the glittering array of celebrities in attendance were Rekha, Nita Mukesh Ambani, Radhika Merchant, Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kiara Advani with Sidharth Malhotra, and many more. All these dazzling stars chose striking traditional ensembles for the grand event.

Here’s a glimpse of some of the standout looks:

Rekha made a stunning entrance, draped in an elegant silk brocade sari with broad embellished borders. Her attire was perfectly complemented by a matching full-sleeved silk blouse, layered gold jewellery, and a mesmerising array of accessories. Her makeup featured striking red lips, winged eyeliner, and a classic braided bun. On the other hand, Disha Patani chose a shimmery sequin sari with a matching velvet blouse.

Janhvi Kapoor dazzled in a gold Manish Malhotra lehenga, adorned with the designer’s signature sequin embellishments. Her look included a plunging neckline choli, a backless design, and a fitted bust. She completed her traditional ensemble with jhumkis, a box clutch, statement rings, and glamourous makeup.

Nita Ambani arrived with Radhika Merchant, and Nita looked resplendent in an indigo blue saree with rhinestone embellishments and ruffled borders. Radhika complemented her in an ivory heavily embroidered lehenga choli set. Nita’s diamond-embellished cape blouse truly stole the show.

Rumoured couple Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur were a sight to behold in their traditional outfits. Aditya sported a black bandhgala kurta and Pathani pants, while Ananya looked radiant in a lemon-green lehenga set.

Kriti Sanon chose a glittery blue sheer sari adorned with sequins and beaded embellishments. She paired it with a sequinned plunge-neck bralette and completed her look with bold eye makeup and striking accessories.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan donned a vibrant colour-blocked ensemble, featuring a red and hot pink velvet kurta and palazzo set. She accessorised with chandbalis and styled her open locks with wavy ends. Her red lip shade and a dainty bindi rounded it off.

Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra were a vision in their ethnic outfits by Manish Malhotra. Kiara wore a velvet lehenga set, while Siddharth donned a black kurta and pyjama set.

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja graced the event in a gold tissue silk sari with an embellished border and a matching blouse. Her look was accentuated by statement-making chandbalis and a well-coordinated ensemble.

And amidst all the glamour, Salman Khan opted for a simpler look, wearing a grey T-shirt and black cargo pants. Meanwhile, host Manish Malhotra looked dapper in a black kurta with matching pants and a jacket.
