Fans first saw Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan together in the Pakistani TV serial Humsafar 11 years ago, and the duo has captivated everyone’s hearts ever since.

Their on-screen chemistry is nothing short of spectacular, and the actor’s wife Sadaf seems to have noticed this. With her keen eye for style and marketing, Sadaf selected to highlight the dynamic pair using her most recent wedding couture designs. The two looked lovely together while posing for her couture range, Phir Milenge.

Mahira was spotted wearing a lehenga with silver jewellery and a red blouse with silver embroidery. She wore a thick maroon lipstick and had her hair up in a bun. The outfit’s intricate zardozi, dabka, and naqshi stitching are adorned with sequins and resham.

In a silver-grey kurta and matching pyjamas, Fawad looked dashing. The actor could be seen with a moustache. As they posed together, they both fixed their eyes squarely on the camera.

As the driving force behind the fashion brand Sadaf Fawad Khan, which she and Fawad co-founded in 2012, Sadaf was able to cleverly capitalise on the appeal of the Fawad-Mahira pairing to display her bridal designs.

The studio has released the first image of Fawad and Mahira in the 2023 collection, which plays with modernity while simultaneously revelling in heritage and culture, after teasing their reunion for more than a week.

The caption on the post reads, “The elegance of this collection intends to capture the essence of the brand’s design ethos – Refined and exclusive. At Sadaf Fawad Khan Studio, we enjoy the challenge to achieve a balance between preserving age-old cultural traditions and complementing our modern-day sensibilities.”

On the work front, the lead roles in Pakistan’s first Netflix original series have been cast as Sanam Saeed, Raza Mir, Mahira Khan, and Fawad Khan. The series will be based on the best-selling 2013 Urdu novel by acclaimed novelist Farhat Ishtiaq.
