Every week we bring you our roundup of airport looks donned by celebrities. This week, most celebrities we spotted at the airport were sporting looks from their ethnic wardrobes. As if they all had a secret WhatsApp group to decide airport outfits! This week, it fell down on their Indian wear to hold the fort, to the delight of us regular folks, of course.
But it looked like nobody gave the memo to AP Dhillon, singer and rumoured beau of Banita Sandhu, who was sporting a laidback athleisure look with a big smile on his face. Even if they did, best believe Dhillon to stand out of the crowd, as he often does with his music. We digress. This week we spotted Anushka Sharma, Shilpa Shetty, Dia Mirza, and Sharad Kelkar among others at the airport.
Without much ado, let’s see what our favourite celebrities wore to the airport this week.
Anushka Sharma was seen wearing an easy-breezy kurta and pyjama set, complete with a dupatta to match. The outfit had a white base with printed variations of peach and pink flowers all over it.
The actor went for a completely makeup-free look, while she paired the outfit with her trademark lob and a set of cream kolhapuris.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra wore a blush pink straight kurta and pants with silver sparkly detailing on the hem and sleeves. She paired the look with a red dupatta, which had similar detailing, finishing off the look with black thin-framed sunglasses and wavy hair.
She was also carrying a big tote bag from the brand Fendi.
Dia Mirza was rocking a Punjabi kurta and salwar set at the airport this week. The all-white ensemble with huge pink flowers printed on it had a chic yet incredibly comfortable silhouette.
The actor left her pin-straight long hair flowing down her back and paired the look with a black bag, which had a gold chain detailing.
AP Dhillon stood out at the airport this week, being one of the few celebs sporting a non-ethnic look. True to his OG style, Dhillon sported a pair of black cargopants with matching New Balance sneakers and a relaxed fit orange tee from the House of Dior.
Sharad Kelkar looked dapper in an all-white kurta pyjama set at the airport this week. Though he looked trim in his black sunglasses, he funnily paired the look with black flip flops, which incidentally didn’t look as bad as one would think they would.
Ritvik Dhanjani was seen chanelling Indian goth vibes at the airport in an all-black ethnic ensemble. The fusion outfit featured a black shirt, paired with a black pair of balloon-style pants. He finished off the look with a black and white pearl neckpiece and black chunky boots.
