SSC Stenographer Grade C and D Exam 2023: How to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website— ssc.nic.in

Step 2: Click on new registration under login tab

Step 3: Enter your basic details such as name, aadhaar number, mobile number and more

Step 4: Once registered, login your credentials such as user ID and password

Step 5: Fill the application form for Stenographer grade C and D exam

Step 6: Save, submit and pay the fees

Step 7: Download the application form for future reference

There are 93 vacancies across various departments for stenographer grade C and 1114 vacancies for stenographer grade D. The application fee is Rs 100 and women, SC, ST, PwBD and ex-servicemen category candidates are exempted from the payment of fees.

The age limit for stenographer grade C is 18 years to 30 years, candidates born after August 2, 1993 and before August 1, 2005 are eligible to apply. And, for stenographer grade D is 18 years to 27 years, candidates born after August 2, 1996 and before August 1, 2005 are eligible to apply. Upper age limit reservations will be in place as per regulations as per government guidelines.
