Tripura Class 10 and Class 12 board exam results likely by April-end

The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) said on Wednesday that it may announce the results of the Class 10 and 12 exams by the end of April, adding that the evaluation of answer scripts of both the board exams began at six schools in Agartala.

“I have visited all the evaluation centres. We have set a target to complete the evaluation of answer scripts in the next 15 days. We will try to announce results within 15 days of the completion of the evaluation,” said the board’s president, Dhananjoy Gan Chowdhury.

The evaluation of Class 12 answer scripts began Netaji Subhash Vidya Niketan and Bardowali Higher Secondary School, and the evaluation of Class 10 answer scripts started at four schools—Kamini Kumar Singha Memorial School, Bodhjung Girls Higher Secondary School, Bijoykumar Higher Secondary School and Bani Vidyapith School.

As many as 21,506 candidates registered for the Class 12 board examinations, which were conducted from February 24 to March 22 at 60 centres. The Class 10 examinations were conducted from February 25 to March 18 at 68 centres in the state, with 30,126 candidates registered for the board exams.
