Activists to observe second death anniversary of AP CM

The second death anniversary of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy,who died in a copter crash,will be observed on Friday at his family estate in the district,sources said.

Sources in YSR Congress party floated by Jagan Mohan Reddy,local MP and son of the late chief minister,said they were expecting around 30,000 people to visit YSR Ghat here to observe the occasion.

Meanwhile,Vivekanand Reddy,former minister and brother of Rajasekhara Reddy,will lead a ‘padayatra’ from Rangapuram village to YSR ghat on Friday,they said.

Reddy was killed in a copter crash on September 2,2009 when his copter went missing over dense Nallamala forest in Andhra Pradesh.
