The committee would comprise Director (Secondary Education) M L Kaushik and Director (Elementary Education) R S Kharab.

The guest teachers have been protesting for the past 22 days at Mahendragarh, the constituency of Education Minister Ram Bilas Sharma, demanding regularisation of jobs.  The government has blamed the previous Congress regime for the current problems. Ram Bilas Sharma said if the Congress had adopted a proper recruitment process, then the guest teachers would not have been facing this problem.
