Narendra Modi will be sworn in as Prime Minister for third consecutive term on Sunday at 6 pm, BJP leader Pralhad Joshi said ahead of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) Parliamentary meet.

World leaders including Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Sri Lanka President Ranil Wickremesinghe, and Nepal PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal are set to attend the function, which will record a presence of over 8,000 dignitaries.

Currently, a source said they have made security arrangements for the bilateral meeting, which they are expecting will take place a day after the swearing-in ceremony and then guests will leave. “It has been informed in the meeting that all the newly elected MPs will come along with their spouse and three guests. We are planning to organise a rehearsal before the event to improve the coordination between all the agencies,” the source said.
