Twelve people were killed and 14 injured,all members of a marriage party,in a collision between their mini-truck and an Uttar Pradesh roadways bus on Kanpur-Etawah national highway this afternoon.
The marriage party was on way from Mainpuri to Rura in Etawah when the accident occurred at Ekdil,police said.
Eight died instantly and four in hospital,they said adding the injured,some of them in critical condition,were hospitalised.
