Rahul dares ‘scared’ Modi to bring back IPL’s Modi

He described a “big opportunity” for the PM. “Catch Lalit Modi, bring him back to India and cleanse Indian cricket. India is giving you a chance. You still have credibility. Many people think you don’t have guts, but many feel Modi has guts. If you don’t bring back Lalit Modi and let these people defend him like Sushma had done, your credibility will go,” he said. “We have understood the Prime Minister is scared. And we will attack… We will put pressure to bring Lalit Modi back.”

He said Sushma gave a long speech but did not answer the questions posed. He said the IPL has two networks, one visible on the field and the other “Lalit Modi’s secretive network”.  Calling Lalit Modi the “link  between the political system and the black money system”, he said Sushma, Arun Jaitley and Raje are “protecting the black money network”. “Sushma is trapped because she has an association with Lalit Modi. And to save herself she is helping him. I want to tell Prime Minister Modi the youth is slowly coming to understand these two networks,” he said.

About Sushma’s charges, he said, “The judicial system had given a statement saying this was a campaign against Rajiv Gandhi and there is nothing in this… Bring it up as much as you want. It makes no difference to me.”

He added, “I am here to defend the freedom of the people of this country. I am here to defend this country from the RSS. I am here to defend this country from Narendra Modi.  Let me tell you something… the way this country is heading, all you people who have cameras and are happy to film, you will not be able to do it… Notices have been sent to three channels. Why? Because you are doing your work. When your work clashes with the views of the RSS, your mouth will be shut. We are protecting that. Remember that.”
