Bags are not to be kept on the table in the Lok Sabha. Speaker Somnath Chatterjee had to tell this to Shiv Sena member Kalpana Ramesh Narhire when she placed her bag on the table.
As Narhire followed the directions,the Speaker also took a light-hearted dig at her by praising her bag. “The bag is attractive but it is not to be kept there,” he said.
