Security forces today busted a militant hideout and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ganderbal district,police said.
Acting on a tip-off,a joint team of police and Rashtriya Rifles busted the hideout during a search operation in Najwan forest,40 km from here,they said.
An Under Barrel Grenade Launcher (UBGL) with three grenades,a pistol with six rounds,three kg explosive material,two hand grenades,three metre fuse wire,four detonators and two AK magazines with 242 rounds were recovered from the hideout.
