Indian officials accompanying VP Ansari took notice of it and raised objection after which the ‘expanded’ map was covered with a white tape.

VP Ansari is on a five-day visit to Morocco and Tunisia and had gone to the University to deliver a speech on the topic ‘accommodating diversity in a globalizing world – the Indian experience’. He was also felicitated with degree Honoris Causa by the University.
Ansari is leading a delegation to Morocco until June 1 at the invitation of the country’s Prime Minister Abdelilah Benkirane. In the second leg of his tour, Ansari will travel to Tunisia from June 2 to 3 and hold discussions with Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi and PM Habib Essid.
